Carleton Court is comprised of three renovated historic brick buildings, located in the historic district, adjacent to downtown Portland, Maine. Occupancy is open to all families. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income. 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
