Occupancy is restricted to elderly and or disabled households. A subsidy is provided through Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, and 13A programs, and income restrictions apply.

Landfall West Apartments
Landfall West Apartments is an elevated masonry building adjacent to the Boston Harbor waterfront in East Boston, Massachusetts. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and/or disabled households. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program, and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.

Raymond J. Lord Manor
Lord Manor is an elevated masonry building located in Lowell, Massachusetts. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and or disabled households. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program, and income restrictions apply.

Shore Plaza East
Shore Plaza East is located along the Boston Harbor waterfront in East Boston, Massachusetts, and is comprised of four large masonry residential buildings on a 10-acre campus. Occupancy is open to all families. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program, and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.

South Cove Plaza
South Cove Plaza contains two mid-rise brick and masonry towers located in the Theatre District and Bay Village neighborhoods of Boston. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and or disabled households. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.

St. Alfio’s Villa
St. Alfio's Villa is a multi-level brick building in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and or disabled households. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.

Swan Pond Village
Swan Pond Village is a wood-framed garden-style apartment community set on a thirty-acre campus located on Swan Pond, South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. Occupancy is open to all families. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program, and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.

Trinity Village
Trinity Village is an elevated brick & masonry building with attached townhouse apartments. The elevated buildings offer one and two-bedroom units and the townhouse buildings offer two and three-bedroom units. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and or disabled households for all one and two-bedroom apartments. Three-bedroom townhouses are open to families of three or more occupants. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program, and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.

Willow Apartments
Willow Apartments is a six-story brick building, located in the downtown area of Lynn, Massachusetts. Formerly a historic mill building, which was converted to residential use. Occupancy is restricted to elderly and/or disabled households. A subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program, and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income. Studio, One and two bedroom apartments.
